Please note that orders are dispatched from either Querétaro, Mexico, or Montreal, Canada. One-of-a-kind pieces are shipped exclusively from Montreal, with Canada Post for deliveries to the U.S. and within Canada. All other pieces are shipped internationally from Querétaro, Mexico via FedEx.

When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days and shipped. the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
When will I receive my order?
To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the checkout page.
Import taxes and related customs duties may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We cannot refund or replace stolen packages or unrecovered packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.
